Comfy Concepts is a one stop source exclusively for patient comfort
products and information. All our products are manufactured and
designed to help the health professional help their patients be
more comfortable - creating a long-lasting patient relationship.
Our Purpose
We provide health industry professionals with tools to meet the
comfort needs of their patients. Instead of offering hundreds
of products, from floor cleaners to dental chairs, we concentrate
exclusively on items that allow you to "go the extra mile"
for your patient.
Our Solutions
It's easy for patients to feel frightened and isolated in the

needs to not only be high tech, but also high touch. To patients,
how they feel is far more important than what we do. Our products

The Natural Solutions products soothe the senses and help to reduce

Our Company
Located in Lawrence, Kansas, Comfy Concepts manufactures and distributes
patient comfort items, originally designed specifically for the
dental health industry. The company was founded in 1977 in Lawrence
by Dr. Patrick Moriarty. Dr. Moriarty worked with a team of designers
and dental health specialists to develop the original Comfy Natural
Solutions product line. The products were premiered at dental
conventions, i.e. Chicago, San Francisco, Kansas City, Anaheim,
and quickly became a "must have item" in dental offices
throughout the US.

In April of 2000, David Hosek joined the company to help expand
its patient comfort product line and widen its industry markets.
Several new markets were successfully entered including dental
hygiene, physical and massage therapy, nursing industry, optometry,
chiropractic, health spas, medical clinics and hospitals.
In 2001 Dr. Moriarty retired from Comfy Concepts. The company
was purchased by Mr. Hosek. Manufacturing, sales and distribution
operations continue to be run out of the Lawrence location, just
outside of Kansas City.
